Refund policy

30-day returns. If Aluna isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

 

To start a return, message us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll send instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.

 

Because Aluna is a personal-use device, returns are accepted in original, unused condition. If your unit arrives damaged or defective, send a photo or short video within 48 hours and we'll ship a free replacement, no return needed.
